Lovett Pilates at Home

During this period of 'Social Distancing' we are bringing Pilates classes to you in your home.

We now have a huge library of workouts available on a week by week basis.

These classes include:

  • Express Pilates
  • Pilates for beginners
  • Postural Pilates classes
  • Relaxation
  • Garden workouts
I have also put together a "Suggested Weekly Programme" for when to use the classes and maximise the effect. You are, of course, able to use the classes in any order and at any time during your subscription period.  

The subscription is £15.00 for access to all the sessions, these will be updated weekly. I’ve kept the fees as low as possible to allow everyone the opportunity to obtain regular well structured classes together with some extra motivational workouts.

Included in your £15.00 subscription is a live zoom class and a regular Social Zoom. However, if you would like to just try a live class as a 'drop-in' this is £7.00 during lockdown.

2On receipt of payment I will then send you the links and passwords to the classes.

3You can watch the videos through your web browser or with the Vimeo App for Apple or Andriod devices.
