Face to Face Sessions

From the 5th October 2021 every Tuesday evening 7-7.50pm (term time) I'm returning to face to face classes at Mary Immaculate and St Peters Parish Hall, Somerset Rd, Barnet, EN5 1RF.

Individual classes can be booked here as a drop-in session up to 4 hours before. Individual classes taught face to face are £14 with limited numbers. Small equipment and mats are provided.

Indivdual on-line Zoom classes are £8.50 and can be booked here.

On-Line Classes

I will also be continuing my other online classes with my Vimeo library of videos via a subscription package as follows;

Option 1

  • Monday Foam Roller Class (live online Zoom) 7- 7.50pm
  • Tuesday Express Pilates Class (taught face to face) 7-7.50pm
  • Thursday Morning Energising Pilates Class (live online Zoom) 8-8.45am

With the Video library = £28 per week

Option 2

  • Monday Foam Roller Class ( live online zoom ) 7- 7.50pm
  • Thursday Morning Energising Pilates ( live online zoom ) 8-8.45am

With the Video library = £15 per week

2On receipt of payment I will then send you the links and passwords to the classes.

3You can watch the videos through your web browser or with the Vimeo App for Apple or Andriod devices.
